The making of a murderer: how brain injury can lead to violence.
Assoc Prof Williams will discuss how brain Injury can lead people to being impulsive, poor at problem solving and communicating thoughts, with increased chances of mental health and drug misuse. But fortunately, it can be managed.
Do elite athletes have a particular personality type?
Dr Jones will discuss this topic and how athletes use psychological skills to improve performance. Dr Jones will use the concept of mental toughness to reveal ways in which athletes can develop themselves and improve the probability of achieving their athletic goals.
