School’s Child Protection and Safeguarding Policy
In SISHK, ensuring the well-being and security of all students is our top priority. We recognise every child’s right to learn and feel safe in all contexts. The school’s Child Protection and Safeguarding Policy serves to establish guidelines and protocols for preventing , identifying and responding to instances of child abuse , neglect or harm. It outlines the responsibilities of staff members , parents, vendors and students in promoting a culture of safety and protection within the school community. The policy adheres to the laws of Hong Kong, guidance provided by Social Welfare Department and EDB, International laws and the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child. It will be reviewed annually and the next review date is June 2025.
