Preparatory Years Section

Our Preparatory Years (PY) Programme is highly sought-after in Hong Kong for its focus on holistic development and bilingualism. Our two-year programme offers a balanced education catering to our students’ moral, emotional, social, physical, intellectual and aesthetic development. While we are known for our academically rigorous programme, we offer a broad-based education in which every child is given the care and support to help them flourish and enjoy the process of learning.

Preparatory Year 1 (PY1) is the first year of entry into SISHK. This year group has the largest number of applications and most students will usually continue with us to the Secondary school. We also accept applications into Preparatory Year 2 (PY2), although places are very limited.
