Singapore International School (Hong Kong) offers a through-train programme with a bilingual (English and Chinese) education from kindergarten to pre-university levels. We are seeking to appoint a high-calibre and committed Secondary School Counsellor to cover our staff on maternity leave from September to December 2026.
The successful candidate will join our dynamic team to provide comprehensive pastoral support and counselling services within the Secondary Diploma Section. The person should look forward to delivering the highest quality of care and guidance in a stimulating, happy, and safe environment, ensuring the well-being and social-emotional development of our students during this period.
Candidates should:
- Preferably at least 3 years of full-time work experience in counselling work involving children and youths (age 12-18)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A member of a professional counselling body
- A tertiary qualification preferably in Counselling. Those without a tertiary qualification and with relevant experience/expertise may also apply.
- Proficient in English and spoken Mandarin (preferred)
