The School is seeking a Human Resources Officer who is energetic and passionate in serving the school community. With a commitment to service excellence, the candidate should have the ability to excel in operational efficiency and make a positive impact. This is a HR generalist role providing a day to day professional HR service. Key activities and responsibilities include:
- Recruitment and selection
- Onboarding and exit procedures
- Work permit application
- HR analytics
- Payroll and tax
- Employee relations
- HR systems administration
- Staff quarters administration
- HR and education industry related compliance
- Staff training and professional development
To be successful in this role, you will need to have good people skills, attention to detail and a proactive and enthusiastic attitude. Other key requirements include:
- A bachelor degree or above in any discipline
- Well versed in MS Office and Google Workspace
- 1 to 2 years relevant experience in Human Resources
- Good problem-solving skills
- Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
