The School is seeking a Human Resources Officer who is energetic and passionate in serving the school community. With a commitment to service excellence, the candidate should have the ability to excel in operational efficiency and make a positive impact. This is a HR generalist role providing a day to day professional HR service. Key activities and responsibilities include:

 

  • Recruitment and selection
  • Onboarding and exit procedures
  • Work permit application
  • HR analytics
  • Payroll and tax
  • Employee relations
  • HR systems administration
  • Staff quarters administration
  • HR and education industry related compliance
  • Staff training and professional development

 

To be successful in this role, you will need to have good people skills, attention to detail and a proactive and enthusiastic attitude. Other key requirements include:

 

  • A bachelor degree or above in any discipline
  • Well versed in MS Office and Google Workspace
  • 1 to 2 years relevant experience in Human Resources
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
