1 All students are Tier 1 (Beginning phase of a student leader)
2 All members are Tier 2 leaders. Key position holders (including junior captain/ junior vice-captains)* are Tier 2 leaders

S1, S2, S3 key position holders can be called “junior captain” or “junior president”.

Key position holders* are Tier 2 leaders
3 All Exco members (hold positions) are Tier 3 leaders. Only the President & Vice-President(s) / Captain & Vice-Captain(s) are Tier 3 leaders

Restricted to S4 or above (S3 only for exceptional students or shortages in S4)

Only the President & Vice-President(s) are Tier 3 leaders

S1 Exposure to Councils and Committees

S1 students will be given opportunities to sign up for at least 1 experience of councils and committees.
