Ceremony inclement weather arrangement

If the Black/Red Rainstorm Warning or the Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above is in force two hours before the graduation ceremony, the session will be cancelled.

If the Black/Red Rainstorm Warning or the Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above is in force during the graduation ceremony, the session will be held as scheduled unless the Education Bureau suggests suspending class.

When the Amber Rainstorm Warning or the Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 3 is in effect during the event, the event will be held as scheduled.
